General provisions and procedure of the Agreement

This Agreement is a public offer agreement (on the use of the website
https://discountkitchencabinets.ca (hereinafter – the Site) between the Site Administration and a natural person (hereinafter – the User).
The User must read all of the provisions of this Agreement before registering on the Site (providing personal data). Registration on the Site means User’s acceptance of the Agreement (acceptance) and agreement with all of its provisions.
The Agreement comes into force from the moment of its acceptance by the User and is valid for the whole period of using the Site and providing services to the User.
The provisions of this Agreement can be unilaterally supplemented and/or amended by the Site Administration. Such changes come into force upon their publication on the Site. Further treatment of the Site by the User means their acceptance.
Acceptance by the User of this Agreement can not be understood as the establishment of agency relations, partnership relations, joint venture relations, personal employment relations, or any other relationship not expressly provided by the Agreement between the User and the Administration.
Any issues or contradictions between the User and the Administration, which are not regulated by the present Agreement, should be settled in the order established by the current legislation of Ukraine.

Order of using the Site

You may not use this information for any other purpose (full or partial copying, reproduction, publication, distribution of information on other media or Web sites).

Any treatment of the User (questions, suggestions, etc.) to the Site Administration by any available communication channels must comply with the applicable laws of Ukraine (contains no insults, threats, copyright violations). The Administration of the site is not responsible for inaccurate or incomplete data provided by the User during registration on the site or during the ordering process and related circumstances at the further provision of services.
The Administration is not responsible for any consequences associated with the User’s visiting external resources, links to which may be contained on the Site.
In the case of a legitimate statement of the rights holders on the unauthorized posting of materials on the Site, which are the object of intellectual property rights, the Administration is obliged to immediately take measures to eliminate the contradictions.
